If you get a headache after eating eggs... your body may be trying to tell you something.
Eggs are one of the most nutrient-dense foods you can eat, but that doesn’t mean they’re the right fit for everyone.
For some people, headaches after eating eggs can be linked to an egg sensitivity. Unlike a true food allergy, a food sensitivity may trigger delayed symptoms that can be harder to connect to what you ate. Headaches, brain fog, bloating, fatigue, skin issues, or digestive discomfort are all symptoms some people experience.
That doesn’t automatically mean eggs are the problem—but it does mean it’s worth paying attention.
At Holistic Wholeness Institute, we believe symptoms are information, not inconveniences to ignore. Rather than guessing or unnecessarily eliminating healthy foods long-term, it’s important to identify whether an underlying food sensitivity, gut imbalance, inflammation, or another root cause is contributing to your symptoms.
The goal isn’t to fear food. The goal is to understand what your body is communicating so you can make informed decisions that support your health.
