As a friendly reminder, we have an 8-hour cancellation policy. Late cancels and no-shows are subject to a $20 fee.

If you’re on the waitlist, please be ready to attend if a spot opens up—even the morning of class. If your plans change, please remove yourself from the waitlist as soon as possible.

This wasn't a quick or easy decision but it's one we've made to ensure the long-term sustainability of our studio, our instructors, and the experience we offer you.
Booking directly with us has a real impact and allows us to continue doing what we do best.

Heather has been part of the Hot & Soul family for over 10 years and is now sharing her passion for healing and energy work as a Reiki Master Practitioner.

Reiki is a gentle, energy-based healing practice designed to promote deep relaxation, reduce stress, and support emotional and physical well-being. Heather’s sessions create a safe and nurturing space for relaxation, emotional release, energetic alignment, and reconnection.

Each session is personalized with intuitive guidance and Reiki energy work to meet you exactly where you are ✨

Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, energetically stuck, emotionally drained, or simply looking to reset and recharge, Reiki can be a powerful tool for healing, balance, and clarity.
