Our Middletown studio offers childcare for the little ones, so you can get your workout, your yoga, and your me time in while they’re cared for right here at the studio.

But we’re going out with the sunset and one final SUP Yoga class of the season. Our last SUP Yoga class of the summer will be happening on Sunday August 23 with RTY-500 and certified SUP yoga instructor .

And we’re extra excited because our very own Destiny will be one of the amazing local teachers leading the 108 Sun Salutations! 🔥
