I had a mystery chronic illness that nearly took me down. Biomagnetism gave my life back. But after years running my own practice, I got SO tired of watching women show up overwhelmed, given 47 things to do, protocols stacked on protocols, countertops full of supplements, gatekeeping disguised as “expertise.”

That’s not how I do this.

I’m anti-guru. Anti-gatekeeping. Anti-complicated. Believe less is more. And every house should have magnets.

You can be holding deep grief and still feel joy when your kid does something silly. You can feel lost and still choose to care for yourself. You can be healing and still have hard days.

There’s no perfect arrival point. Just moments. And how we choose to show up for ourselves in those moments matters.

So if all you did today was drink water, breathe through something tough, or put on magnets, that’s something to be proud of.

Take care of yourself. Be kind. You don’t have to do it all, just one thing at a time.
