💫Sure, in person sessions are best but due to my nomadic lifestyle I’ve gotten quite efficient at helping people remotely. From the road we can do:

💕You’ll find me over at my new office at Rooster's Health Store in Columbia! As always, sessions will be by appointment only so DM or text me at (618) 210-7969 to get your session scheduled! I am also adding Sundays as an option to my schedule in addition to being available Mondays 2-6, Tuesdays 10-3, Wednesdays 2-6, and Thursdays 10-3! (Remote sessions are still available as well, just ask!) I can’t wait to see you all soon!
