✨ Transformation, Gratitude & Joy: The Final Step in the Soul Awareness Energy Healing Process ✨

In this culminating stage, the divine light of your soul integrates naturally and fully into your physical being, following the release stage. When the light of your soul fully integrates, transformation flows naturally, bringing gratitude and joy.
This profound moment often brings clients feelings of deep gratitude and joy, completing the healing process.

Many describe it as though a tremendous burden has been lifted—issues and complaints they’ve carried for years finally resolve, allowing space for transformative healing and growth.
This is not the end, rather, a new beginning. While the 5-step process naturally unfolds during the session, its effects often continue to integrate into your life long afterward. To honor, and support this, every session concludes with a prayer of intention, ensuring your physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual bodies are attuned, and aligned for your highest good, greatest growth, and healing moving forward.

The Release Phase: Clearing the Path to Clarity and Healing

Imagine a weight lifted, as if your soul takes a deep breath and exhales into freedom...

In the Release phase of Soul Awareness Energy Healing, we unlock a deep meditative state where energetic blocks are located, identified, and gently released. This release can happen all at once during a session or unfold gradually, extending into the days that follow.

Many people describe this experience as an internal massage—a soothing shift where the world becomes clearer, fog lifts, and what once seemed confusing suddenly makes perfect sense.

Your heart opens, much like the Grinch’s heart growing larger, as you deepen your connection with your Soul. This newfound clarity can lead to profound changes:

✨ Physical pain may ease.

✨ Anxiety and depression can lift.

✨ Challenges that once felt overwhelming now reveal solutions.

This phase is a journey of renewal—helping you move forward with a sense of peace, understanding, and a deeper connection to yourself.

Are you ready to release what no longer serves you and step into clarity and ease?

🌟 What lies beneath the surface of your being? 🌟

In the third phase of Soul Awareness Energy Healing (SAEH), 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗹𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, we dive into the rich layers of your inner world. This stage often unfolds in quiet meditation, where the energies identified in Stage 2 are further explored in the light of deep soul awareness.

Clients are invited to relax into the silence, attuning to bodily sensations and emotions, while the session naturally alternates between quiet meditation and open dialogue based on their preferences.

As energies are noticed and acknowledged, they begin to shift, revealing the gifts hidden beneath pain and resistance. This profound process leads to a clarity that naturally aligns you with your soul’s truth, empowering you to live a life led more deeply from your soul.

✨ If you feel ready to uncover the treasures within, let’s explore them together.

𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗹𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝟱-𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝗦𝗼𝘂𝗹 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 – 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟮: 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀

Awareness is the first step toward healing—shining a light on what’s hidden within.

Today, we’re exploring the second step of SAEH: 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀.

Awareness is a powerful, spiritual tool and a natural quality of the soul. It illuminates whatever may be causing you distress, allowing healing to begin. 🌟

Through this guided process, we assess your energetic, physical, emotional, and spiritual bodies for any blocks, discomfort, or stagnant energies. This awareness is crucial in identifying where patterns of dis-ease have formed and how deeply they are rooted.

Dis-ease patterns generally start in the energetic body, progressing through mental and emotional layers, before reaching the physical body. By holding these patterns within the light of your soul, they can begin to shift and clear, offering a pathway to true transformation.

Embrace the power of awareness and step further into your soul’s journey to healing.

Ready to explore the power of awareness in your healing journey? Let’s connect—message me to learn more about the process! 🌿💫

May we all be peacemakers… both within ourselves and within our world!

The Welcoming Prayer
by Father Thomas Keating

Welcome, welcome, welcome.
I welcome everything that comes to me today, because I know it's for my healing. I welcome all thoughts, feelings, emotions, persons, situations, and conditions.

I let go of my desire for power and control.

I let go of my desire for affection, esteem, approval, and pleasure.
I let go of my desire for survival and security.

I let go of my desire to change any situation, condition, person or myself.

I open to the love and presence of God and God's action within.

Amen.

The “Welcoming Prayer” can be done in a moment, in a breath. It is about “Letting Go.”

✨𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗗𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝗦𝗼𝘂𝗹 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗘𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗴𝘆 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸 𝗟𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗣𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲? 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗹𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝟭: 𝗣𝗿𝗮𝘆𝗲𝗿✨

What can you expect during a Soul Awareness Energy Healing session? Each session is a unique experience, guided by whatever naturally arises in the moment. The foundation of this practice lies in a 5-Stage Process: 𝗣𝗿𝗮𝘆𝗲𝗿, 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀, 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗹𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗥𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲, and 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻.

While these stages aren’t always linear, each plays a distinct role in supporting your healing journey. In this series, we’ll explore all five stages to demystify energy healing and help you feel more comfortable with the process.

Let’s begin with 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝟭: 𝗣𝗿𝗮𝘆𝗲𝗿. The healing journey opens with a spoken invocation—a prayer that invites your soul to engage in the process. At 𝗟𝘂𝗺𝗮 𝗟𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴, every session starts with this invocation, spoken aloud and customized to align with your spiritual beliefs.

Prayer, in this context, is less about formal words and more about creating an opening for meaningful communication with your soul. When the mind quiets and attention turns inward, the soul naturally responds. Whether your concept of a Higher Power is 𝗚𝗼𝗱, 𝗦𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗶𝘁, 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗲, or a deeper part of yourself, this prayerful invocation honors your individual path and invites healing to unfold.

In the coming weeks, we’ll explore the entire 5-stage process to give you a deeper understanding of what happens in a session. Stay tuned to discover how personalized energy healing can serve your highest good. 🌱

**Healing Beyond the Smile: How Oral Health Reflects Whole-Body Wellness**

Our mouth is more than just teeth—it holds the key to understanding our body’s overall health. Many holistic health pioneers believe that all dis-ease begins within the mouth. Our oral health serves as a powerful indicator of our body’s overall well-being.

Luma Light Healing's Dental Health treatment holds a special place in my heart. My healing journey through chronic oral health challenges—rooted in mercury toxicity—helped me recover from being bedridden with chronic fatigue. Reclaiming my oral health unlocked profound shifts throughout my physical and energetic body.

The ancient Chinese healers were among the first to recognize the intimate connection between teeth and internal organs, as mapped out by the Meridian Tooth Chart. Each tooth is energetically linked to a specific organ, meaning disturbances in one area can affect the other. An infected or ailing tooth can disrupt the corresponding organ, just as an unbalanced organ can impact the health of its related tooth.

At Luma Light Healing, we intimately understand the frustrations and challenges of restoring oral health, especially for those healing from toxicity from dental imbalances. Through the Soul Awareness Healing process, we energetically address dental disturbances, clear toxins, and support your body in integrating restorative treatments—helping you reclaim greater balance and health throughout your entire being.

If you feel ready to explore the deeper connections between oral health and whole-body healing, I would love to support your journey to wellness.

Share your experiences or ask any questions below! Let’s support each other in achieving whole body health through oral wellness.
