Get your scars moving and show them some love!

Scars along the abdomen are just like any other area. They need movement and blood to reconnect with the nerves, improve healing, and decrease discomfort in the scar and surrounding tissue.

Abdominal scars are no exception. The bladder and visceral organs are often what get irritated long-term after a major surgery.

One of the easiest ways to improve sensitivity in the scar is taking a towel after drying off and rubbing it in circles around your scar.

And see a PT for dry needling, cupping, fascial work, and strengthening around the scar!
