Don’t forget to head to ACHS gymnasium today from 9-5 for updated sports physicals! You can also grab a copy of this flyer while there and get your student registered for Healthy Roster! Once you activate your account, you’ll be able to easily scan your child’s physical, save as a pdf, and upload to your account right from your phone! No hassle, no guessing on expiration dates, no hunting down copies! Get started today by filling out the Google form in the comments below!

Attention Adair County Parents/Guardians! As we prepare for the upcoming season, we need YOUR help enrolling your child in Healthy Roster. This will allow for easy communication of injuries/illnesses, tracking of document expiration dates, and easy uploads of physicals documents! If your child is in 3rd-12th grade and plans to participate in a sport/band/color guard/JROTC, please fill out the form below (1 form per child). Once you submit, be on the lookout for an email in 1-3 days from Healthy Roster to activate your account (Don’t skip this step…check your spam box)! You will only need to do this ONE TIME for your child’s career at AC!
You can download the Healthy Roster app or utilize the website for easy access to all your child’s sports medicine information. Access code will be emailed once you fill out the google form.

A big THANK YOU to Devin Bell and Trenton Watson from T.J. Regional Health Rehabilitation Services here in Columbia for sharing with our class about the Physical Therapy profession! They demonstrated dry needling and e-stim and discussed several other modalities they utilize in their rehab programs! Thirty of our health sciences students had the opportunity to visit Somerset Community College today to tour several departments. We learned about the PTA (Physical Therapy Assistant) program, MTA (Laboratory Technician), Nursing, Radiography, EMT/Paramedic, and Surgical Technician programs they offer, and even got some hands on experience with different types of equipment!
