Weight loss can make changes in volume, collagen, and skin laxity more noticeable—but so can normal aging. And that doesn’t mean we need to overfill, overtreat, or try to make you look 25 again.

Currently in Dallas for training, missing things at home I really wish I didn’t have to miss.

And I think this is the part people don’t always see.

When I’m away, I’m usually working, learning, training, and investing in becoming better at what I do. And that comes with sacrifices—family time, games, events, and little moments I don’t get back.

I love my business. I love my clients. And I will always invest in learning, growing, and giving them the absolute best of me.

But when I’m home, protecting my time isn’t me being difficult or unavailable. It’s recognizing that my time matters too. The people waiting for me at home deserve a version of me, too.

You see the appointment.
You see the business.
You see the growth.

But you don’t always see what it costs behind the scenes to make all of that possible. 🤎
