Big changes are coming to how I work with you. ๐
Some of you have been in this group a long time. You know my story: thyroid cancer in 1991, the autoimmune cascade that followed, the years of being handed my labs and told I was "fine" while my life fell apart. You know why I do this work.
Over the past several months, I've been re-inventing my services around what I believe matters most โ and here's what's changing:
I'm retiring my Wellness Program โ and introducing something new in its place: my Integrative Health Advisor service. Alongside it, all of my services are now completely ร la carte. No packages. No long-term commitments. You choose exactly what you need, when you need it โ and nothing you don't.
Why? Because no two health journeys look alike, and your care shouldn't be forced into a one-size-fits-all program. Whether you want a deep look at your whole health picture through both a conventional and functional medicine lens, or guidance on the specific next steps to take with your own healthcare providers โ what to ask, what to request, how to advocate for yourself so you're finally heard โ you decide what serves you. You're in control.
I don't replace your medical team. I make sure you walk back into their offices informed, prepared, and impossible to dismiss.
