Still standing. Still building. And smiling a little more in this season. 🧡

Rebuilding Biocentric Health Research Center has taught me that growth isn't always about doing more. Growth looks like becoming more intentional about who you build with, what you say yes to, and what you are willing to leave behind.

In this season, I'm protecting the culture we're creating.

I'm being intentional about the people who join our team — people who believe in the mission, care about our participants, and understand that the work we do has the ability to impact lives far beyond the walls of our research center.

I'm also excited about opening our doors to more physicians and Principal Investigators in our community who want to bring medical research closer to the patients they already know and serve.

We believe at Biocentric research should never be distant or inaccessible. We are here to ensure that it is accessible within our communities.

After everything it took to get here, I'm grateful that I can say this:

We're still here. I'm happier. I'm wiser. And we're building differently this time.

Here's to the next chapter of Biocentric. 🧡
