Ready for THE WORKS?

As it makes its return, a couple things…

1. NCPlus members get priority access. A core promise to our inner circle when products launch or relaunch is to let them go first. If you’re not in yet, it’s $8.25 a month and you get a list of perks, including discounts 365 days a year. Speaking of…
2. Subscribe. This is no sort of tactic from our end—it just means you get prioritized if inventory ever runs low again. During our most recent stockout period, I completely shut off ads for months before inventory was actually depleted in order to allocate what we had for those already taking THE WORKS consistently. I intend to do the same if it happens again.

Combining both pieces of advice above is the way to go. 10% off every month for NCPlus members. Another 5% off for subscribing.

Also, I’m considering a bulk ordering option if that’s more your style. Let me know in the comments if that’s appealing to you.

Guys… Just a few years ago, this situation was one I never would’ve dreamed of. I’m listening and learning. And I’ve invested heavily in hundreds of thousands of capsules of this product.

Yes, I want a whole lot of people to love and use it.

Also, the goal is not to sell as many as we can as fast as we can to anyone with a pulse.

We’re going to be strategic about our sell rates, watch the data maniacally, and try our very best to stay ahead of the inventory curve.

Quality and testing are things we won’t budge on, and they also slow things down. The challenge ahead has gladly been accepted.

Can’t make this up…

In my last post about the status of THE WORKS, I promised to update you if it wasn’t going to be ready to ship out to you early this week.

And here it is, as promised:

THE WORKS was going through final third-party testing when the testing facility had a power outage. Backup generators kicked in. Nonetheless, a few seconds without power was enough that the testing had to be scrapped and restarted from zero.

All 26 ingredients, tested to meet our standards for you, to produce a publicly published Certificate of Analysis so you know exactly what you’re putting in your body.

It sucks to hit yet another roadblock. I won’t pretend this one doesn’t sting.

We’re a small business. We built something real, something people actually love and rely on…and it stings in a specific way to have that product sold out three times over and still not be able to put it in your hands.

Real talk? It feels very personal. I’ve poured all I intellectually can into it.

And the standard is the standard, outage or no outage. I’d eat this delay every time than ship you something that skipped a step.

The hard things are usually those that are most worth doing. I’ll gladly take the hit versus compromising our standards for you.

Thank you for staying with me through this. I mean that more than these posts probably convey at this point.

If you’re messaging or calling about THE WORKS…

It’s bittersweet.

THE WORKS being out of stock is the ongoing hot topic in our inboxes and on our phone lines.

The affirmation that we made something people believe in and want…like, really want? Feels good.

The current inability to provide it? Painful.

The short answer remains the same: we do anticipate THE WORKS to be back in action before the month is up.

Here’s more to the story…

As I navigate through the delays to get it in your hands, I keep coming back to this: THE WORKS was never going to be an easy formula to manufacture, and I wouldn’t want it to be.

26 active ingredients, each one dosed at a level that actually means something? That’s a lot of variables to get right at scale, across hundreds of thousands of capsules.

Add in the B12 and K2 upgrades from this batch, and you’ve got a genuinely complex blend to encapsulate cleanly and test properly.

Easy formulas are easy for a reason. This one’s hard because it’s not messing around.

And every single ingredient still has to clear independent third-party testing before it ships. No exceptions, no shortcuts, no matter how long we’ve already been waiting. That CoA is what’s standing between “almost done” and “done,” and I won’t skip it.

So: early this coming week is the current target. I’ll be the first to tell you if that changes, and the first to tell you the second it doesn’t.

Again, thanks for sticking with me through this one. Seriously.

I'm learning more and more as we deal with these stockout periods. And I'm trying my best to prevent it from happening again. I promise.
