NEW COURSE IS LIVE...AND IT'S FREE.
When we launched the NC App back in February, we ran several consecutive weekly challenges together.
→ Hydration.
→ Sunlight.
→ Protein before noon.
→ Walk with weight.
The participation was incredible. The comments, the check-ins, the people saying they hadn't felt this good in years...that was one of my favorite stretches since we built the community.
But every person who joins the community after the launch has missed it. And even some of you who were there have had life get in the way since.
So we built it into something permanent.
It's called The Daily 28.
Same habits.
Same stack.
Now it lives inside the NC App as a completely free course with daily prompts and check-ins, available to every member, anytime.
