Summer is a wonderful time of year! While I'm not a fan of the humid Missouri heat, I do enjoy the sunshine, the green lushness with sprinklings of wild flowers in fields, and opportunities to travel. Sometimes, it can feel like summer is even busier than other times, though, as I feel like I "have to" or "should" be doing more. Then I remember that my most important goal is to be PRESENT! Wonderful ways to practice this are meditation and dream interpretation to assess where my attention is throughout the day. You can practice this to with us every week--Sundays we have meditation at the school with Doug Bannister and Wednesdays are the free dream webinars online. You can watch here on Facebook on the Dreamschool.org page or register and join in Zoom.

What are you doing this summer? Is there something you would like to do at the school? Share below :)

I’ve been traveling this last week and I haven’t posted in a week or so. The trip was a wonderful experience to observe my growth in the last few years; to witness how I’ve overcome fears and pain—allowing to feel and observe these, but not be overwhelmed and over taken by emotions. The work of the mind is amazing in this way. The cycle 1 course has helped me learn to build awareness of my thoughts and to shift mindsets to move towards my desires and goals. If you’re ready to move beyond “tic tok” spirituality and deepen your relationship with yourself, come by for registration night to learn more!
