This lovely 63 year old woman lost a significant amount of weight through diet and exercise. This led to laxity around her torso and in her upper arms. A combined surgery was performed where a lower body lift and brachioplasty was performed. She is healing beautifully and is seen here one month post surgery.

This lovely 50 year old woman underwent treatment for right sided breast cancer with a lumpectomy and radiation. Unfortunately this led to collapse of the lateral right breast with lateral displacement of her ni**le. To remedy this and to gain better symmetry of her breasts, we performed a vertical lift of her left breast. In addition, fat grafting was performed to open up the collapsed right lateral breast and to regain some structure to this breast. Finally, a TULUA type abdominoplasty was performed to tighten her abdomen and improve the overall abdominal contour. She is seen here 3 months after surgery and healing beautifully.

This 41 year old woman had breasts which were too large for her frame and caused her much discomfort. A bilateral Wise pattern breast reduction was performed with a superior medial pedicle. This was done under sedation with a PECs block. She did beautifully from this surgery, having over 1200 grams of breast tissue removed from each side. She is healing beautifully and is seen here just 1 month after surgery.

This lovely 32 year old woman wore an A cup bra. She is very athletic and wanted to increase her cup size modestly. A 335cc Motiva implant was placed on each side through an incision in the inframammary fold in a subfascial plane. Surgery was done in our in suite surgical center under IV sedation and a PECs block. She has done beautifully from surgery and is seen here about 6 months after her surgery.
