Join us for a session highlighting the Tennessee Network of Community Health Worker Associations (TNCHWA)’s first-of-its-kind statewide Community Health Worker Program Accreditation Model. This innovative approach focuses on accrediting organizations and employers, not individual CHWs, to strengthen program design, workforce support, and supervision across Tennessee. Learn how the model was developed, key lessons learned, and how accreditation can help organizations build stronger, more sustainable CHW programs.

CHW Capacity Building Assistance Interest Survey

The Center for Community Health Alignment (CCHA) together with our partners at envision, are developing new capacity building assistance offerings (e.g., tools, webinars, learning collaboratives) to support organizations and programs nationwide that employ, contract with, or support the CHW workforce in some way (or plan to soon). envision and the Center for Community Health Alignment (CCHA) would like your input to ensure that their support is relevant, meaningful, and manageable.

CCHA and envision put together a survey that will help both organizations learn more about you, your organization (e.g., a health department, a CHW network/associations, community-based organization), your current needs, and your interests in receiving individualized or group-based capacity building assistance designed to meet the needs of CHW programs and organizations.

Who should respond to this survey?
You are a CHW or someone who works closely with CHWs; and
You work at an organization that has a CHW program (or plans to in the next year) or supports CHWs in some way.
envision and CCHA would appreciate your taking the time to share your insights. Your voice helps shape the resources that will support CHW programs nationwide.
