This is so heartbreaking to watch. This could be any of us that workout. Time is not promised to anyone. What's really bothersome is how long it took for someone to recognize he needed help. A person trained in CPR would have recognized sooner and took action.

The Torch Room, LLC offers CPR/AED/First Aid training in the Central Ohio area. Get your gym group and fitness teams booked for a training.

Don't you want someone certified near you if you collapse? 😔💔
