Utopia Unlimited LLC hosted their annual in-service with their care partners!👩🏾‍🏫🧑🏽‍🏫👨🏾‍🏫
We thought 💡of an interesting way to engage & train altogether.💻💫✨️
We created a contest for "The Best Progress Notes"!
The care partners were tasked to review two sample care plans/scenarios!📑📋🖊🖋
They were then asked to write a progress note to reflect that care plan & scenario.
The administrative & nursing staff, acknowledged several suburb submissions!🎖🏆
However, they were able to narrow it down to three finalist:

💛1st place: Ms. Ashley-($50 visa gift card)!💰💳
💚2nd place: Ms. Tiffany-($25 Darden gift card)!💳
💛3rd Place:Mr. Ron-($15 Chic-fi-la)!💳
✨️💫Congrats to all of our care partners for learning & growing in the field!

✨️9:00AM -1:00PM, 6:00 PM-9:00 PM (E.O.W): lighthousekeeping, companionship, Dr's visits/errands and healthcare advocacy.

✨️2:00PM-6:00PM, M/W: Light housekeeping, companionship, and perscription pickup. Pet friendly home.

✨️ 8:00AM-4:00PM/9:00 AM-5:00PM Tues/Fridays & (E.O.W) average 24hrs weekly.
Companionship, assistance with ADLS, meal prep and tidying area. ✨️ Stenghts will be Dementia/ALZ Care experience. Perfect for a seasond PCA/CNA.

🚨Immediete staffing consideration with TB skin test within 30 days, First Aid/CPR, and ability to pass criminal background check. Must also have reliable transportation!
