Whew.. This was a great workout yesterday. I'm not good with combination step but I'm pushing myself. You will definitely burn calories!!! I need to find a wider step platform. If you happen to know of anyone that is selling theirs let me know. I purchased mine during the pandemic and it's not very wide.

This was such a good workout today. I'm not good with choreographed aerobic stepping. However, I love her videos, this was a mix of cardio and strength. Dust off your step platform and get to stepping. It's a great way to incorporate something new and get your heart rate up!

Such a great workout this morning! I can’t lie, it’s been over a month since I’ve worked out. I’ve been so distracted with getting my patio garden together, yard work, anddddddd I reorganized the garage so I could have a home gym but still be able to fit both cars comfortably 😃
