We're not interested in playing games with the price of your food. We'd rather spend that energy obsessing over the food itself.

Really good ingredients. Thoughtful recipes. A talented team. Food you actually want to eat. Best-in-class customer service.

That's where we want the value to be.

No subscriptions. No minimums. No complicated commitments. Order what works for your week.

Real pricing for real life.

Because buying dinner shouldn't require a calculator and three promo codes.

Yep, that's actually Jon answering the phone. 😂

Have a question about your order? Need help picking meals? Have feedback, a suggestion, or just want to know what the heck is in something?

Call us and there’s a pretty good chance you’ll be talking directly to Jon, the owner of Fit Fresh.

We’ve grown a lot over the years, but that’s one thing we don’t want to lose. We care about the people we cook for, and if something isn’t right, we want to know about it. If you have a question, we want to answer it. And if you have an idea that could make Fit Fresh better... Jon will probably want to hear that too. 😂

Good food matters. Taking care of people does too. 💚

It was an honor and a blast to feed the Dublin Scioto Irish Football team on the house this year! In 2001, I was the 4th worst football player in the state of Ohio, but I learned a lot from Bret J Ray and Karl Johnson about getting your butt kicked and getting back up. Oklahoma drills against Jay Richardson and Eric Polhemus will do that to ya. Turns out, that's a pretty perfect metaphor for both life and running a business!

Huge thanks to the amazing parents and coaches that keep the kids on the field and in the classroom, too!! Deb Papesh
Alex Place Jim Schafer

PS: the framed and signed drawing of the old football field may have brought a tear to my eye, but it was probably the onions we were chopping.

From our kitchen to your fridge. 💚

When your Fit Fresh order leaves our kitchen, we don't hand it off to a third-party delivery service. Our own team handles every local delivery.

It gives us more control over the entire experience - from making and packing your meals to getting them where they need to go.

Is it more work on our end? Yep. 😂

But we think it's worth it.

We make it. We pack it. We bring it to you.

Thanks a bunch for letting us cook for you!

Folks, it never fails to put a huge smile on our faces when we get feedback like this.

We know there are a plethora of options out there for meal prep, and we take you choosing us very seriously.

Aside from our wonderfully talented team here at Fit Fresh, we wouldn't be able to make you what we do without or wonderful farm partners like . The jump in quality of both our beef and pork these last few months has been CRAZY, and we're very happy to know that you're enjoying it as much as we are!

Quick thank you video to all of you that let us cook for you, and to my amazing crew for crushing it while we were away in Bordeaux, Avignon, Nargaux, Sulac sur mer, St Emilion, Chateneuf du Papes, Nice, Cannes, and more. We are very grateful for the opportunity to take educational trips like this, and are incredibly excited to share some new dishes with you that are inspired by our adventures!

Okay, this one made our day. 😂💚

Thanks for the incredibly kind words, Kristen - and for letting us cook for you (and keeping the kids stocked with protein cookies!).

We appreciate you more than you know.

Meet Grant. 👋

Grant wears a bunch of hats for us here at Fit Fresh. R&D Sous Chef. Production 1st Mate. Transportation and Delivery Czar. Chicken Guy.

In other words: if you've eaten Fit Fresh, there's a pretty good chance Grant had something to do with getting that food from an idea in the kitchen to a meal in your hands.

We asked him a few very serious questions so you could get to know the man behind the chicken.
Swipe to get to know Grant ➡️
(And yes, that last question was important for research purposes.)

Grant does a little bit of everything around here, and we're lucky to have him as part of the Fit Fresh crew.

Next time your meals show up exactly where they're supposed to, you can thank the Transportation & Delivery Czar. 🫡
