I'm so excited to finally share Sacred Beginnings, a five-day women's retreat I'm hosting January 14–18 in the beautiful Hocking Hills. I will be assisted by Reiki Master, nurse coach and our own private chef, Pamela DeWitt-Meza.

I've been dreaming about creating a retreat that brings together so many of the practices that have been meaningful in my own life—yoga, meditation, Reiki, Intuition Painting®, time in nature, creativity, rest and connection.

We'll have 58 acres at Raven's Retreat all to ourselves, with delicious plant-based meals prepared for us each day and plenty of time to hike, rest, create, connect—or simply be.
And if the painting part makes you think, “But I'm not an artist…” — you're exactly who I hope will come. No artistic experience is needed. 💛

Five days to step away from everyday life, reconnect with yourself, and begin the year a little differently.

You do NOT need to be artistic
✨
One of the biggest misconceptions about intuitive art is:
“I’m not creative enough for that.”
✨
Here’s the truth:
You do not need artistic experience to participate in Intuition Painting®.
You do not need to be “good” at art.
You do not need to create anything beautiful.
✨
This process is not about performance or perfection. It’s about expression.
✨
Children naturally create without worrying whether their art is worthy. Somewhere along the way, most of us lost that freedom. Intuition Painting® invites us back.
✨
The most powerful part is often not what you create—but what you discover about yourself in the process.
✨
If you’ve been craving creativity, self-connection, or simply permission to play again, this workshop may be for you.
