ATTENTION!!!
Due to the frequent accurances of NO SHOWS, Cancellations, Agreed scheduled appointments being Ghosted the day of or whatever, I AM REQUIRING DEPOSITS ON ALL APPOINTMENTS SCHEDULED. It doesn't matter if with FAMILY, FRIENDS, MY KIDS, GOD OR ANYONE else, you will be expected to send a deposit. What's failed to realize is when a client and I have discussed their specific personal unique tattoo, and has agreed on a day and time scheduled, From that point til the day of appointment whether days or weeks away, I have already invested approximately 4 to 5 hours with that client before the actual appointment. During those 4 to 5 hours I've invested, I'm researching references and ideas, sketching the design, determining what I may need to use to complete the tattoo and if I have to order any supplies needed, communicating between myself and clients discussing the design, if changes needed to be made, etc. Day of appointment, depending on situation, I typically have all my Equipment cleaned ready, and sat up prepared for the appointment by having set and prepared, There is still money being used in setting up. So failing to realize is when clients suddenly stopped all communication, no shows, late cancelations, blocked, Something of this or that come up, for their excuses but instead they did whatever they felt like doing, wasn't very serious about the tattoo after all, and probably knew it long before and didn't have the respect or courtesy to communicate in advance about the change of heart of a tattoo and continuing to lead the artist on to waste time, money and effort for the client. THE ABSOLUTE ONE VALUABLE THING EVERYONE HAS IN THIS DAY OF AGE OF TECHNOLOGY IS COMMUNICATION.
With that said: I'm making several business related changes for the time being until I'm relocated and re-situated in a shop that has been discussed…
So here's what to know before contacting me.
!!! PLEASE DONT WASTE MY TIME.!!!
If you want a tattoo by me, Know your availability, and be ready to book an appointment that you KNOW you can honor. (48hr advance for cancelations PLEASE)
Make sure you are serious about getting a tattoo. And ready to commit to the appointment you intend on making with me.
Be prepared to have a non-refundable $50. deposit to send me when booking an appointment.. IF YOURE SERIOUS about getting a tattoo, and have full intent following through then, know your deposit will be utilized for your commitment. And you know you.wouldnt be throwing away money. The deposit will be deducted off the total price of the completed tattoo. It ensures you are serious and not going to waste each other's time, without a deposit, I will not begin designing, preparing, or putting any amount of effort or time needed at any time before your appointment.
$50. Minimum on all tattoos. Barely covers the cost to set everything up that will be utilized.. This is to ensure the artist is compensated fairly for their time and supplies that are being used to perform the tattoo. Typically there is minimal use of ink and other supplies used when a minimum (my minimum now is $50.)priced tattoo is performed which included but limited to;
Before the tattoo: (as mentioned above, I typically invest 4-5 hours before your appointment.,)
*Time ( most importantly, required for any tattoo)
I Have to figure how much time the artist has to use for all aspects of performing a tattoo. The artist( myself) will first have to stop what I may be doing to take your call or reply to your text when you've contacted me to make an appointment. Then Possibly a consultation if necessary (my discretion). Then I will need to prepare the design and have ready to transfer onto skin. The artist will have to clean and disinfect the area where he or she will be performing the tattoo and anything around the area or used that he thinks will be touched. Setting up equipment and supplies, placing transfer onto skin, cleaning the area on the skin where the tattoo will be places, and the time to perform the tattoo.

Please Understand that I do not tattoo as some sort of “Side-husstle” or trying to practice on someone or anything. I do this as my job. A means to live, survive, make a living, show my work. Therefor I take a lot of pride in what I do and be as professional as can be. I respect and value my clients time, and effort, and consider a great amount of creativity that I incorporate into their tattoo for them and all I ask is do the same in return. Please value my work and not try to Haggle me with pricing, asking for the hookup, wanting great work but as cheap as they can get, mentioning they paid this or that for whatever with someone else, or can get it done for cheaper amount.. (all i can say is go do it then). All these comments is a sign of disrespecting the value of the artist. Keep this in mind when going to your tattoo artist..
Thank you and have a great day.
