Join us for a 2 hour afternoon meditative experience. Retreat to the sanctuary of Safe and Sound Wellness center, where your nervous system can soften, your mind can quiet, and your body can fully exhale.
This immersive experience is intentionally crafted to feel like a week’s worth of healing, all within a couple sacred hours.
You’ll be guided through a nurturing journey that weaves together storytelling, Yoga Nidra, chakra-balancing practice, and a mindful walking meditation. Each element is designed to restore balance, release tension, and reconnect you to a sense of inner peace and wholeness.
This is more than just a meditation… it’s a multi-sensory experience of comfort and care. Expect a soothing atmosphere, luxurious touches, and a space where you can truly rest your head, especially in times when life feels overwhelming.
