I'm a small-batch herbalist creating handcrafted botanical goods for everyday self-care.

From cold-process soaps and herbal salves to body oils, aromatherapy, facial care, beard care, lip balms and seasonal gift sets, everything is made in small batches with thoughtfully chosen ingredients and a deep appreciation for the plants and traditional practices that inspire them.

The Local Grind was born from a love of the natural world and the simple idea that everyday self-care can be both useful and beautiful.

Feeling so incredibly grateful to have experienced the pure beauty and vast wonder of the Adirondack Mountains these past few days. 🏔️🌲🌊 🪨

Truly a place on this Earth for us to slow down, take it all in, and appreciate that we get to explore such magical land.

Spending time amongst the mountains, lakes, trees and plants, I feel I can breathe so easily and understand what truly matters. ✨
