Her therapeutic massages target specific painful areas & encompasses several types of techniques such as: Trigger point/Deep tissue massage, Lomi Lomi Hawiian Massage, Myofascial Release, Neuromuscular, or Clinical massage. The techniques are great for resolving injuries, reducing pain & stress, easing muscle tension/stiffness, increasing range of motion, & helping the body begin to heal. She has always enjoyed helping people and focuses on achieving her goals in decreasing pain, improving mobility, and increasing the overall health for her clients. In addition to being licensed and in practice for 25 years Lori also has continuing education in Headache management, Mastectomy massage, Fibromyalgia Reiki, and aromatherapy. In 2020, Lori became a Certified Wholistic Health Coach to further help people support and promote the structure and function of the body.
