An empowering event for teenage girls that focuses on identity, emotional intelligence, mental health, healthy relationships, leadership, and purpose.

A formal fundraising event celebrating courageous women, highlighting WHEN Inc.’s community impact, and raising funds to support our programs and services.

🫖 Princess Power Tea Party | Ages 6–12
An engaging and uplifting experience that helps young girls develop confidence, understand their identity, learn age-appropriate etiquette, and recognize their value.

💗 Girls Mentorship Program
Help us create meaningful mentorship experiences that equip girls with the confidence, emotional skills, healthy relationships, leadership development, and support they need to thrive.

We’re also looking for volunteers to join our:

✍🏽 Grant Writing Team — Help us identify funding opportunities and develop strong grant proposals that expand our programs and community impact.

💰 Fundraising Team — Help us develop creative fundraising campaigns, build donor engagement, secure sponsorships, and generate the resources needed to advance our mission.
