Donuts, Bingo & Golden Friends!

We simply cannot say enough about our amazing friends from Golden Donut on Wynnton Road! Terri and her incredible team provide Golden service every time we visit. They treat our residents like royalty—and, of course, their donuts are THE BEST AROUND!

Donuts, Bingo, laughter, and being surrounded by friends… what more could you ask for?

There’s always something special about celebrating our monthly birthdays surrounded by friends!

Mr. Benny brings our community to life with his wonderful music, filling the room with smiles, laughter, and joy. And the fun doesn’t stop there—he delights our residents with his amazing balloon creations and brings out the kid in all of us!

Baking, Sharing & Making Memories!

We had such a sweet time baking cookies and welcoming our newest volunteer, Brylee!

The wonderful aroma of fresh-baked cookies filled the air—and the cookies certainly didn’t last long on our plates! They were delicious!

But even sweeter than the cookies were the laughter, heartfelt conversations, and stories shared around the table. We reminisced, shared life experiences, and listened as our residents opened their hearts about their testimonies, dreams they’ve had, and dreams they’ve been blessed to fulfill.

What a joy and an honor it is to slow down, listen, and treasure the wisdom and stories our residents so generously share.

Sometimes the sweetest moments aren’t what we bake—they’re the memories we make together.

It was an honor to accompany a few of our residents to the Columbus Community Orchestra performance on Sunday at St Mark Church.

The room was filled with amazingly gifted musicians, and each beautiful note allowed us not only to hear the music, but to feel it. What a gift to experience such an elevated and inspiring performance right here in our community!

It was especially wonderful to see our dear friends, Wendy H. and Amy G. We always love hearing them share their incredible talents.

A heartfelt thank you to every member of the Columbus Community Orchestra for sharing your time, passion, and extraordinary talents with us. You created a truly beautiful afternoon for our residents—and we are so grateful!

Shut the Box!

Discovering new games can be SO much fun—and “Shut the Box” has been a BIG hit!

From the excitement of rolling the dice and deciding which combination to play, to cheering one another on, every round brings smiles, laughter, and a little friendly competition!

And when someone pulls down that last number and proudly shouts, “SHUT THE BOX!”—the excitement is contagious!

It’s another fun way our residents connect, laugh, challenge their minds, and enjoy the moment together.

Creating Joy Through Art

While some of our residents enjoy putting puzzle pieces together to reveal beautiful artwork, others love picking up their paintbrushes and creating masterpieces of their own!

It is truly wonderful to witness our residents along their journey as they embrace the simple joys found in each day. Their creativity, perseverance, and joy remind us all that there is beauty in every moment—and so many lessons to teach us about how to truly THRIVE!

Lunch Bunch Fun!

Our Lunch Bunch had so much fun gathering at Panera Bread! The food was delicious, and the five-star service made our outing even more special.

Enjoying a delicious meal with friends is always more fun! After lunch, we even took a short joy ride, sightseeing through a few of our residents’ former neighborhoods and sharing wonderful memories along the way.

Good food, great friends, and sweet memories…that’s how we THRIVE!
