Honoring my body as a new cycle begins…

This is one of my favorite weekly rituals, but I especially love to nurture my body around the start of my cycle, when my body needs a little more patience and love.

I make my own intention salt blend, clear my space, physically and energetically, setting an intention that aligned with what I need from this self-care ritual.

What can I say…

I have been enjoying this journey of facilitation in different flavors.
The embodiment of this work.
The blending of the science and the sacred.
Releasing rigidity and embracing flow.
Letting Spirit move me in new ways.
Holding space for others to process what they may have never been given the opportunity to do so before.
And yes…
Sometimes I feel like a DJ at Coachella behind that Zoom camera, OK?
You can’t blame a girl for enthusiasm.
