Most people book a massage and pick whichever option fits their schedule. That works, but it usually isn't the one that actually fits what your body needs.
Here's the short version of what we offer and who each one is for.
Focus Massage (25 min). Acupressure along the head, face, and neck. The right call if you're a chronic sinus or tension-headache person and you want targeted relief without committing to a full hour.
Relaxation Massage. Light pressure, designed to settle your nervous system. Book this when stress is the problem and tight muscles aren't.
Blondie's Signature Therapeutic Massage. Long, fluid techniques on soft tissue and muscle. The middle path between pure relaxation and deep work — calming, but you'll actually feel your body release.
Deep Tissue Muscle Recovery. Advanced techniques for tight, tired, sore muscles. Book this if you lift, run, sit at a desk all day, or carry tension you can point to with one finger.
Prenatal Massage. Adapted positioning (side-lying or specialized pregnancy tables) for expectant mothers. Relieves the aches and helps with sleep, both of which usually get worse before they get better.
Hot Stone Massage (90 min). Heated stones do work your hands can't — they reach deeper layers without pressure. The one to book when you want to feel completely undone in the best way.
Couples Massage. Side-by-side, fully customized to each guest. Anniversaries, milestone celebrations, or just a Saturday you both deserve.
