After today's yoga class I received a beautiful testimony.
A member shared that prior to the class his shoulder was bothering him and he didn't think he'd be able to get into the postures. He began moving his arm around and said the pain is gone.
This is how powerful intentional breath and movement is. I am thankful to be a conduit of wellness!
