One thing I wish is when I was a child someone would have told me to never use drugs, smoke or alcohol.
No one ever told me don't so I had to learn the hard way. Trials and tribulations!
During my healing from all I had to think back to remember and forgive the people who introduced each vice to me. That wasn't easy!
Now I am grateful for my sobriety and everyday I work diligently to maintain it.
If you are considering a sober lifestyle please know you are powerful and you can do whatever you seek when you become tired, diligent and purposeful.
I am a witness and also here to support you along your healing journey ❤️ There are many tools to support your efforts!

Congratulations are in order!!

Thank you for your effort! We have completed our 72 hour meat cleanse.. Now for the hard part. Maintain discipline as much as possible

Listen to your body and if it ask you to continue with your cleanse please do that.
Ease back into eating meats when you are ready.
Continue to tune into eating more non meat meals until we cleanse again.

The next date will be announced as we get closer to the Fall "26" season.
Remember I am available to support you along the way!
