We are pleased to announce a new SEYMOUR location for Southern Indiana Heart and Vascular!

Our new office will be open Wednesday, May 27 at 1020 W. Second Street, Seymour. Our phone number, 812.379.2020, remains the same. Patients scheduled for appointments between now and May 21 (in Seymour) will continue to be seen at our existing JMB location. Appointments on and after May 27 will be seen at our new location on WestSecond Street.

CRH continues to deliver comprehensive cardiovascular care, including interventional cardiology, structural heart services, electrophysiology, cardiac rehab, and of course, providing 24/7 STEMI coverage to Jackson County and the surrounding southcentral Indiana region. The providers and care team of Southern Indiana Heart and Vascular look forward to serving patients at the new location.
