Celebrating 1 Wonderful Year with Michaela! 💛

One year can bring so much growth, and Michaela’s first year at IPT is a beautiful example of that. As an RBT, she brings a dedicated and positive spirit to every session, making learning fun and engaging while always honoring each client’s boundaries and individual needs.

Over the past year, Michaela has grown tremendously in her confidence and leadership skills. She is eager to learn, welcomes feedback, and puts it into practice right away. Her ability to generalize her skills across a wide variety of clients, build meaningful relationships, and approach challenges with such an optimistic outlook makes her someone we are excited to watch continue growing within the ABA field.

Michaela, we are so proud of all you have accomplished in your first year! Thank you for always being willing to jump in, lend a hand, and give your best wherever you are needed. We’re so lucky to have you as part of the IPT family, and we can’t wait to see all that the future holds for you!

💛 Celebrating Heather's First Year at IPT! 💛

There are people who make a difference simply by the way they show up for others, and Heather is one of those people. Throughout her first year as a BCaBA, she has brought a genuine warmth and kindness to IPT that can be felt by both her team and the children she supports.

Heather has a beautiful way of leading with understanding. Even when her day is full, she makes time to help a staff member, answer a question, or offer encouragement. She guides without judgment and listens with care, creating an environment where people feel comfortable, respected, and supported. Her steady and genuine nature is one of the many reasons she has become someone others can rely on.

And perhaps what makes Heather most special is how naturally her love for the children comes through. She doesn't simply enjoy what she does she truly cares about the children she works with, and that love is reflected in the way she connects with them each day.

Today, we’re celebrating four years of an incredible Lead RBT who brings so much heart to the work she does. Kealie has a wonderful ability to be a steady, reassuring presence for the individuals she supports while also being a teammate others know they can lean on.

She shows up with patience, a can-do attitude, and a genuine willingness to help. Whether she’s navigating a challenging moment, supporting a client’s progress, or lending a hand to a coworker, Kealie brings the same thoughtfulness and care to whatever is in front of her.

It’s the consistency she brings day after day that makes her such a valuable part of IPT. She helps create trust, brings encouragement when it’s needed, and makes a difference in ways that may seem small but truly matter.

Peyton has a wonderful ability to bring both confidence and consistency to her work. She knows her clients, understands what they need throughout their day, and stays committed to providing the structure and support they can rely on.

She is also someone who trusts herself. Peyton uses the skills and resources she has developed, works independently, and isn't afraid to ask for guidance when she truly needs it. That combination of confidence and self-awareness is something we deeply appreciate.

But perhaps the most beautiful part of Peyton is the heart behind it all. She is a mom who loves her children fiercely, and that same protective, caring spirit can be felt in the way she supports the children at IPT.

The people who make the greatest difference aren't always the loudest in the room, they're often the ones quietly showing up, offering support, and making others feel cared for. For the past four years, Heaven has been one of those people.

Her patience and compassion help create moments of trust that allow clients to grow with confidence. She also brings a wonderful spirit of teamwork, always stepping in to help coworkers and support those around her without hesitation.

What truly reflects Heaven's heart is the way she continues thinking about her clients long after the workday ends. From bringing in meaningful reinforcers to celebrating their interests, she reminds us that extraordinary care is often found in the smallest, most thoughtful gestures.
