barrier awareness and reduction is imperative!! 😤

en route to her first appointment as a Spirit Over Flesh client, this executive, wife and mom of two was notified that she would need to bring her children with her. without hesitation she reached out to us and asked if they could accompany her or if she should reschedule. we were happy to welcome the crew and offered snacks + comfortable aesthetic lounging upstairs with access to flicks like Moana and Coco to keep the little ones entertained. the youngest insisted on staying by her moms side and was engaged most of the session! 🫐🍋

how beautiful is it that she was able to prioritize her wellness and that her children, daughters even, get to witness their mom modeling self-care and her holistic wellness journey. 🧘🏽‍♀️

generational health is generational wealth, people!! can we get an “asé”!? 🌱🤑🙌🏾
