Today is National Clean Out Your Medicine Cabinet Day and keeping old, expired, or unneeded meds around isn't just clutter—it’s a safety risk.

Here’s how to level up your cabinet game today:
📆 Check the dates: Expired meds can lose their potency or, in some cases, become harmful. If it’s past its prime, it’s time to go.
💊 Ditch the "just in case:” Holding onto old prescriptions? If you aren't currently taking them, they shouldn't be taking up space.
🚮 Dispose safely: Don't just flush! Find a local take-back location or use a drug disposal pouch to keep our water supply clean and our homes safe.
