Reflection on the 25th anniversary of 9/11, unity and acts of kindness. I recall the horror I felt on 9/11 and the surge of wanting to help. I recall how our country unified in a collective mission to serve, whether as a protector, healer, carer or supporter. These qualities need to be amplified in our human collective.

As my sister and I have dealt with Mom's fall, we have met the most wonderful people. From the EMTs who responded quickly, to the surgery team and the doctors and nurses who cared for Mom in the hospital. To the home care team: nurses, physical therapist, occupational therapist and meeting with home care agencies. I feel so much gratitude and extend that to Mom's entire care team.

We all want the same things for ourselves and our loved ones: safety, availability of quality health care, compassion, and a way forward to recovery. Let us create opportunities to heal from trauma and create a healthy, peaceful, cooperative world. I now send this hope out with love and gratitude for all. 💜☮️

Truth! Your thoughts create your reality. When you say or write your thoughts, you are sending those intentions out and then your vibration will be mirrored back to you. If you're complaining, expect more things to complain about show up. If you say, things are always working out for me, then they will.
