So simple, yet sooo effective!😀
Try making these small changes to your lash technique and watch what a difference they can make!

✅Are you using the correct amount of glue?? Too much will cause your lash application to look thick, clumpy and messy but too little will cause lash extensions not to last.

✅CLEAN LASHES=HAPPY LASHES! If any oils, built up dead skin or makeup residue is left on your clients lashes their lash extensions wont last very long. You will want to have the lash extension and adhesive you are applying to have direct contact to the natural lash and NOT the residue that is left behind from your client not washing their lashes before the treatment.

✅Flipping bases!!! Making sure you are attaching your lash extensions properly is another major part of retention. Sometimes it can appear that the lash extension is attach but if it’s not attached by the base then it will flip upward, possibly poke your client in the eye and fall off quickly.

Let’s talk FLAT LASHES! aka Ellipse lashes. 😍

What we love about them!
Their super light weight but give your client the dark full look their looking for.

Why are they called flat lashes?
These lashes are designed with weight in mind. Flat lashes are kind of like an illusion. They have wide appearance in the front to give a fuller look but when turned on the side they are very thin.

We used Blinkology's Bold Flat Lashes for this set.

💗Having amazing lash skills isn't the only thing you'll need to keep your clients coming back.

Thats only half of the pie! The other piece to this puzzle🧩is to form genuine relationships with your clientele. 👯‍♀️

I've had the majority of my clients for 12+ years and they are like my family. Loyal to the end. Over the years I have learned so much about them. I have always taken the time to ask about THEM! Their family, friends, jobs, drama, likes and dislikes.

The point I'm trying to make is by forming a meaningful positive relationship with each of your clients will leave them feeling like they cant wait to come back to you.

Who here can't wait to get back to work? 🙋🏻‍♀️
I have to admit, I've learned to enjoy this time at home. It's a break I may have never taken!
I absolutely love my work. Some may even call me a workaholic AKA Lashaholic! 😉 This forced time off has taught me to take a breath, slow it down a little and enjoy the little things. But I'm ready to get back to normal and see my much missed clientele.
