We are honored and privileged to have the Walled Lake Schools Federal Credit Union as a partner in our community. Their commitment to increasing financial literacy is an important part of supporting the wellbeing of individuals and families. Financial stability and overall wellness are deeply connected, and we are proud to work alongside an organization that recognizes that connection.

This past week, we celebrated that partnership with the attached billboard, helping bring awareness to the impact financial stress can have on our wellbeing.

$15,152. That’s what kindness looks like. 💜
Because of the incredible generosity of our friends, family and community, we raised $15,152 to help support our friend’s medical care and financial needs during an incredibly difficult time.
Most importantly, the surgery was successful.
There is still a long road ahead, and recovery will take time, but together we helped make that road a little easier. Every donation, every share, every message and every person who simply cared made a difference.
Sometimes we wonder whether one small act can really change anything. This is proof that it can. When enough people choose kindness, those small acts become something extraordinary.
Kindness matters. Community matters. And when someone needs us, showing up matters.

It’s so easy to focus on all the work that remains in front of us that we sometimes forget to celebrate our successes and take stock of the impact we have had.

Today, Larry Gray and the Charter Township Of Commerce afforded us the opportunity to reflect on all that we have accomplished over the years by honoring us with a Certificate of Appreciation for the work we do in the community and our success at ViewFest 2026- The World’s Largest Mental Health Festival!

Thank you to the Township, the greater community, and everybody who has played a part in permitting us to do the work we do and make the difference we do.

We’re incredibly grateful for the recognition, but even more appreciative of the relationships, like that with the Charter Township of Commerce, that this work has provided us.
