As you may know, DV8 experienced a computer outage for nearly a week!! During this time, I completely lost access to the appointment schedules and client history. I remain calm, a lesson I've learned over time. 
I want to thank all of my clients for how truly amazing, patient, and understanding you all were during this time.
When Micro Center could not fix the issue, it was Kitty Paige, that got me up and running! Not only is she a brilliant burlesque star, but she is a total computer genius who stepped in, worked tirelessly, and successfully fixed the issue!!
I am even more thrilled to announce that Kitty has decided to stay on with us behind the scenes as our official IT expert! She will be helping DV8 completely revamp our tech infrastructure, build a brand-new website, and more!!
I am incredibly lucky to have her expertise available to me to create a better client experience, and even luckier to have the best clients in the world!!
