✨ RE-INTRODUCING MYSELF ✨
Hi! I’m Erica — owner and stylist behind Resilience Salon in Novi, Michigan.
For those who are new here (and for those who’ve been following along for years), I thought it was time for a little re-introduction!
I’ve been behind the chair for over 16 years, and I truly love every aspect of this industry. From lived-in blondes and hair extensions to men’s cuts, kids’ cuts, smoothing treatments, and everything in between, helping people feel confident is what fuels me every day.
When I’m not at the salon, you’ll usually find me spending time with my husband Aaron, chasing around my son Oliver, sipping way too much caffeine, planning my next home project, or dreaming up new ways to make Resilience Salon even better for my clients.
Owning a salon has been one of the most rewarding (and challenging) adventures of my life. It has taught me resilience, perseverance, and the importance of creating a space where every guest feels welcomed, heard, and beautiful.
My goal has always been simple:
✨ Luxury hair without the intimidation.
✨ Honest recommendations.
✨ Healthy hair first.
✨ A salon experience that feels like catching up with an old friend.
