In Loving Memory
It is with a profoundly heavy heart that we bid farewell to a dear colleague, a gifted massage therapy practitioner, and a truly cherished friend. After a gallant and courageous battle with illness, he has left us far too soon, but the profound light and healing he brought into this world will forever remain.
Our professional journey together began in 2018 when he took a leap of faith with me, becoming the very first contractor to join Proficient Massage Therapy. From that foundational moment, he helped shape the very soul of our practice. Words simply cannot adequately describe how deeply his body of work impacted the countless individuals who walked through our doors. For him, massage therapy was never just a profession; it was a deep-seated calling to comfort, to restore, and to alleviate pain. His hands possessed a rare and quiet intuition, but it was his endlessly kind heart that truly transformed the lives of those he treated.
He was a man of extraordinary character—gentle, deeply compassionate, and steadfast in his integrity. He approached every person with a genuine warmth and an empathetic spirit that made them feel instantly seen and genuinely cared for. His presence was an anchor of positivity in our clinic, bringing a natural sense of peace and reassurance to both his clients and his colleagues every single day.
To his beloved Doris and family: please know that while your loss is immeasurable, you are not grieving alone. We share deeply in your sorrow and stand in solidarity with you. The love, dedication, and pure kindness he poured into his work created ripples of healing that will continue to exist in the world for years to come. He was so proud of his family, and the light he carried within him was a direct reflection of the love he shared with you.
We will forever honor his legacy at Proficient Massage Therapy, striving to carry forward the standard of grace and care that he set so naturally. He was a beacon of healing and a remarkably good man.
Rest in peace, Steve. You will be missed more than words can express, but your gentle spirit will forever be woven into the fabric of our lives.
