Full Body Massage class

In this 5 session class, participants will learn to give a basic full body massage. This class is sequential, as each class builds on what was previously presented ending with participants exchanging full body massages. In addition to learning the basics of Swedish massage, this is an opportunity to learn about and experience conscious touch, grounding, and self help techniques. We will learn about and create a safe container to provide an environment that is peaceful and nurturing. Please note that this is not a professional training class, it is for folks who are interested in giving a solid massage to family and friends.

The Dr. Donald Blanchette Self-Care Center is designed to address the need for a safe, nurturing, affordable environment in the self-care and healing process. In addition to serving as a space for regeneration and recalibration, the Center is also designed to offer a venue for creative, reflective, and artistic pursuits. Healing and creativity--for those two purposes—this Center was created.
