We’re excited to share that Nurture Acupuncture is now open inside the Steinberg Wellness Center at Emerson Health!

Nurture Acupuncture offers evidence-based, whole-person care through acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine. Their experienced team supports a variety of health and wellness needs, including:
• Fertility and reproductive health
• Women’s and men’s health
• Pain management and sports medicine
• Pregnancy and postpartum support
• Stress relief and general wellness

Additional treatments may include cupping, gua sha, Chinese herbal medicine, and more.

Sean is passionate about helping older adults stay active, strong, and independent through safe, functional movement. His Muscle in Motion workshop is designed to improve strength, balance, mobility, and flexibility helping participants move with greater confidence and make everyday activities easier.

Whether you’re looking to reduce your risk of falls, improve your balance, maintain your independence, or simply feel stronger in your daily life, this workshop is a wonderful opportunity to experience Sean’s teaching before he launches his weekly class series this September.
