Big news for women's health!

The FDA has updated the label for low-dose vaginal estrogen — because the science is clear: it does not increase the risk of cancer, heart attack, or stroke.

Vaginal estrogen can:
✅ Prevent UTIs, sepsis, and death
✅ Improve urinary urgency, frequency & leakage
✅ Help with lubrication, painful s*x & satisfaction

Safe. Effective. Life-changing. Spread the word! 💜

Menopause is a hormone deficiency… just like any other hormone deficiency.

If you ran out of insulin, you would take insulin replacement. Well, at the time of menopause, you run out of estradiol. So why is it safe to take insulin replacement…but unsafe to take estradiol replacement?

Sound familiar?

"I just want to sleep again."
"I want to feel close to my partner again."
"I want to feel like ME again."

These are the top 3 things women tell us when they walk through our doors — and every single one is valid.

What many don't realize? Declining testosterone could be at the root of all three. It's not just about libido. Testosterone receptors are found throughout your entire body — affecting your energy, mood, muscle, and more.

You don't have to keep pushing through. Real answers exist.

Let’s talk about anxiety, depression and hormones. Most women experiencing perimenopause or menopause will likely be diagnosed with some sort of anxiety or depression. The conversation usually revolves around traditional medication to help with these, but very rarely is there a conversation around anxiety and depression that has to do with hormones. We’d like to change that conversation and explore more about how your hormones are really affecting your everyday and how we can help.

If you’ve shown up to the pharmacy and your estrogen patches aren’t there — we see you, and we want you to know why this is happening.

The current shortage isn’t random. It’s the direct result of how women’s health has been treated for decades. A flawed study in 2002 scared doctors away from HRT almost overnight. Manufacturers spent 20 years making less of it. Now that the science has been corrected and demand is surging, the supply can’t keep up.

You should not have to ration your patches or skip doses to get through the month.

Swipe through here for some education and tips on what you can do right now. 👉

At Restore Women’s Wellness, we’re here to help you navigate this with guidance, options, and care that actually centers you.
