Show our kitchen some love today! You may not have noticed, because everyone has been working so hard to recover from the damage, but...

1. Our walk-in fridge went down on Saturday. We lost a lot of food we had lovingly prepared. It's heartbreaking!

2. Then, after moving whatever we could salvage into our grocery walk-in fridge in the other building (basement, up and down stairs a million times), that fridge went down on Sunday.

3. Then, our pastry display fridge went down Tuesday morning.

(also, our dishwasher has been broken over a week. We've been handwashing)

(Seriously, we're a scratch kitchen. When we lose stuff, we can't just open a giant can to get more).

Also, show our grocery team some love, since they're dealing with it too.

Bakery Bread has landed!

straight outta Montpelier, VT where it is hand-made, by real bread artisans who just happen to be gluten-free. We entertained the idea of Bonte last fall, but loaves at over $15 seemed a bridge too far. But then a) inflation happened; and b) we heard from our friends at Rising Tide Natural Market two week ago this was the #1 thing their customers lined up for every week -- for many of them, the first truly artisan-quality loaves they'd enjoyed in decades. "Trust me" said Jerry and Ashley, "It is that good."
