Since the beginning of July, I have put every ounce of myself into hiring and training my first employee, packing and moving my home, renovating and moving my office, and having record numbers of patient visits. I’m tired, y’all. Off to explore, hike, relax, and connect with myself and my husband. See you in a couple weeks!

Over the last month, we have renovated and decorated this wonderful little space to call home. We still have some things to finish up - a care room for feeding munchkins, extra treatment rooms, and some equipment for my strength programs, but it’s come together incredibly fast. I am so blessed to have the community I do to make big moves and continue growing my practice. Sharing this space with Alisha Freydenfeldt, DC is such an exciting step and I’m thrilled to show you what we’ve been working on! A HUGE shout out to Crystal Bullerwell Alisha Freydenfeldt Josh Groleau and Blake from American Handyman for all of their hard work getting this process done. None of this would have happened without you guys.

Many of you already know this, but I’ve been keeping a secret from my socials! Starting today, my office is in a newly renovated location right down the road from my old office. This space gives me more room, the ability to add a new therapist, and a collaborative space with Inspired Family Chiropractic!! We’ve been working hard behind the scenes to make this happen for 5 months and we were finally able to renovate and move. We can’t wait to see you there!

I am SO happy to welcome Abbie to the team! She is in training to take over all the front desk and admin tasks for me and be the keeper of boundaries around my schedule (I am not good at that part 😉). As my practice continues to change and grow, Abbie’s calm, grounded presence and warm smile will surely benefit us all!

Just doing what I do. Sometimes a postpartum patient comes to you with a complaint that really isn’t something I can treat. This patient had nothing to treat on both the pelvic floor and orthopedic exams, but she for sure needed vaginal estrogen. Early postpartum hormones are similar to menopause, and things can get cranky. She returned to her OB and asked for local vaginal estrogen. Symptoms were gone. If your pelvic PT doesn’t talk to you about hormones, get yourself a new pelvic PT.

Even if you’re feeling great in your pregnancy, pelvic PT can help you feel more prepared for labor & delivery. I also encourage partner sessions that include your birth partner so they can feel confident in supporting you on the big day. Lastly, we discuss early postpartum recovery, nutrition, sleep support, and warning signs of medical & mental health issues. I LOVE these sessions - empowering moms empowers future generations.
