Together, we’ll celebrate inclusion, recognize the people and partnerships that strengthen our community, and honor retiring President & CEO Ann Potoczak for her many years of leadership and service.

This week, Community Bridges is proud to celebrate Direct Support Professional Recognition Week!

Direct Support Professionals make inclusion, independence, choice, and meaningful community connections possible every day. Their work requires compassion, creativity, flexibility, and an unwavering commitment to the people they support.

We are also grateful that the Governor of New Hampshire has issued a proclamation officially recognizing September 13–19 as Direct Support Professional Recognition Week.
