As women, we’re often praised for being "composed" or "strong," but suppression isn't strength—it’s a ticking timer. When we bottle up our frustrations, grief, or burnout, they don't disappear; they just wait for the smallest inconvenience to explode.

Try this today:
1️⃣ Check your body: Is your jaw clenched? Are your shoulders at your ears?
