A NEW KIND OF SUMMER CAMP FOR YOUR ATHLETE!!!

Carolina Courts and Octane Fitness has teamed up and are now offering a Summer Strength Camp to maximize your athletes performance potential.

We will be instructing your athlete on what it takes to perform better on the court or field by instructing them in proper Speed, Agility, Quickness, Change of Direction, Acceleration techniques and proper movement mechanics for strength work in the gym.

Camp Schedule Monday thru Thursday:

8:30-9:00 / Drop-Off and Check-In

9:00-10:30 / Speed, Agility, Quickness, Change of Direction, Acceleration

10:30-11:00 / Education on Nutrition, Recovery, Mobility, Mindset

11:00-12:30 / Strength work in the gym (varies on age group)

12:30-1:00 / Pick-Up/Lunch

Camp Cost: $180 per week with multiple week discounts available

Age Groups: 8-11, 11-13, 13-16, 16-18

Camp Dates/Weeks:

June 2-5

June 9-12

June 16-19

June 23-26

July 14-17

July 21-24

July 28-31
