After exploring (and sharing) a couple of different spaces this past year, I’m so excited to share that Head to Heal has officially found its permanent home.

Starting June 1st, you can find me at The Collective in Concord 🤍

This move is sudden, I know, but, I was presented with an opportunity for me to obtain a consistent, welcoming space that is completely mine and closer to home, which allows me more availability for my clients and to be more accessible for last minute emergencies as well. Not having a 30 minute commute each way opens up that time for my clients, and preserves my energy, enabling me to offer more sessions and availability.

I can’t wait to welcome you into this next phase of Head to Heal.

Let’s talk cupping marks!

Contrary to popular belief, cupping marks are not always even from one side of the body to the other. When applied, a therapist will seek out the areas needing relief and apply the cups accordingly. So, uneven does not mean ineffective; quite the opposite actually! It means properly targeted work.

The color of these marks also tells us quite a lot about the client’s stagnation areas. The darker the mark, the more stagnant the area. This gives us a visual map of what areas are in need of the most work.
