I have not shared my exciting news yet, but . . .

I started my own practice, Heartwell Healing and Wellness 💓

I am overcome with gratitude to have this opportunity and offer my beautiful healing work closer to home. I'm subletting a room on Friday and Saturday at 116 Candystick Circle in Harrisburg and, guys, this wellness facility and massage room is incredible and tailor-made for the work I offer. My daughter took a picture of me wearing my beloved red light mask and offering mouth work to my neurodivergent son this morning. If this isn’t the weirdest thing you see today, you have a very interesting life 😆💀

That said, I LOVE offering intraoral work because it’s immensely beneficial for an array of conditions. The bones surrounding the mouth are intricately connected to the sphenoid, a bone that articulates with the base of the skull. So it’s fair to say that tension in our mouths (and faces) directly affects our head and necks (headaches, anyone? Chronic neck pain? It could be originating in your mouth—or conversely originating in your neck and affecting your mouth).

I just finished a two day/16 hour mouth work class and it’s all I want to talk about.
