According to an October 2026 report from the Kaiser Family Foundation, one of the nation's leading independent, nonprofit organizations specializing in healthcare policy research, public health information, and healthcare journalism, there are approximately 650,000 individuals nationwide who are on Medicaid home- and community-based services waiting or interest lists. A substantial majority are individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities.

We are going to need more agencies to serve all those currently waiting for services. Let Rachel Jelks' experience lead you in this working workshop to explore the opportunities in the service industry.

TEAM CAFE was happening today!! We had tons of customers, new additions to the menu, 2027 Miss Yellow Rose State Ultimate USA Princess, EMMA-JEAN, Cafe GM Wendy making crispy tacos, Team members Patricia & Sybil serving food and Mrs Rachel elevating the enterprise with her presence!!
TEAM CAFE is located within the Antique Gallery at 21127 Spring Towne Drive 77388 providing vocational training for adults with special needs specifically with Team Abilities, an HCS Provider for adults with special needs offering day habilitation and group home care.
