Let’s talk hormones!
Whether it be the stage of puberty, peri-menopause and menopause, it can be a tough transition.
I hear from so many of you experiencing troubles when it comes to hormones.

Let me explain a biological function for our hormones in the triangle of support in the endocrine system.
They are the
1) adrenals,
2) the thyroid and
3) the ovaries
When we go through peri-menopause or after - menopause - the o***y production starts to back out of the equation which puts more work on the other two hormones (thyroid and adrenals).
